Sizzling Beef


Hey folks! Is there anybody who doesn’t love sizzling beef!
Yeah... I know, that’s quite impossible!
But do you know, this damn good dish is so easy to make?
Okay guys, here comes the recipe!

Ingredients:

• 500-gram (2 measuring cups) thinly sliced boneless beef

For marination:

• 2 tsp ginger paste
• 2 tsp garlic paste
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 2 tsp cornflour/cornstarch
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 jumbo egg
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

For making the sauce mixture:

• 3/4 cup water (room temperature)
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp sriracha /any other chili sauce
• 2 tsp cornflour/cornstarch
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp tasting salt (optional)

For cooking:

• 1/4 cup oil
• 6 dried red chili
• 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
• 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
• 1 cup snow pea
• Few green chilies
• 1/2 cup cubed onion
• 3/4 cup cubed red capsicum

For the final touch:

• A small amount of butter
• 1/2 cup onion (Julienne cut)


Directions:

• Mix all the spices with beef, cover and marinate for 30 minutes-1 hour.

• Heat up the oil. Fry those beef on medium heat until done. Keep aside.

• Prepare the sauce now, combine everything and stir well. keep aside.

• Heat up some oil again, this time at high flame. Add dried red chilies and fry for a bit.

• Add the chopped garlic and ginger shortly after.
And saute till smells good.

• Add snow peas and green chilis at this point. Fry for a minute.

• Then add the onion and bell pepper. Fry again.
After some time, add those beef.
And Continue doing saute.

• Now add the sauce. Cook and stir till thickened.

• Put the sizzler pan on the stove burner. Heat it well.

• Place the pan onto the wood stand/tray when hot.

.• Spread some butter on it. Color of the butter will change a bit.

• Finally, transfer the sautéd beef on the pan now and give it a good mix with a spoon.

• Serve hot and enjoy.
