Ahh! These two are always a great combination!
A perfect way to enjoy any evening, must say!
One of my very favorites from childhood! And the recipe is fairly quick and easy!
If anyone of you hasn’t tried it yet!
It’s high time you should also give it a try!
Otherwise, it’s great a miss folk!
Ingredients:
• 1 measuring cup onion (julienne cut)
• Green chilies to taste
• 4 tbsp chopped ginger
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 tsp chicken stock powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 jumbo eggs
•1 + 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• Water as needed (I used 1 cup)
• Oil for frying
Directions:
• Except for egg, flour and water, pour everything in a bowl and smash a bit.
• Now mix the eggs with it.
• Add flour little by little at this point and mix again.
• Lastly, add necessary water and mix everything well with a whisk.
The consistency of the mixture won’t be very thick/thin!
• keep the mixture in rest for 15 minutes with the lid on.
• After 15 minutes, pour enough oil in a frying pan and heat up.
Use a medium-sized round spoon/small cup to get scoops from the mixture.
Start frying when the oil is hot.
• Enjoy with any sauce of your choices!
